A loud thud sound everytime power up

Dear Doc,

Hi, my amp makes a loud thud sound throught one of the speakers everytime I power up the set. Besides that, everthings seems OK. Is there a problem with my amp. BTW mine's Roksan Caspian. Are you able to recommend a reliable & reasonable fix-it shop?

Hello Sim!

It sounds like the relay that protects the speaker is sticky?

We would suggest you contact the local agent or the manufacturer before contemplating sending the Caspian to a third party for work.
