B&W and MF

Hi Dr. Wong,

I would like to know if Musical Fidelity A3 is a right choice to drive B&W CDM7 NT. Otherwise which other amplifier is to be supplied with B&W ? Thanks

Hello Pigibio,

Musical Fidelity A3 is a superb sounding amplifier, but the power could be a little limited and the sound might not be that free flowing for really dynamic music.

I am not sure which type of music you prefer. There are many amplifiers in the market that can drive the B&W well.

My suugestion is you should audition the A3 together with other amplifiers. With a reference of other amplifiers, you will be able to make a better decision. Other examples could be AMC power amp or TagMaclauren.
