Victor Tiscareno, 40, is the founder of AudioPrism. Although he is a formally trained violinist who played with the San Diego Youth Symphony, his years of tinkering with electronics led him into electronics manufacturing in the communications and audio industries.

While studying electronics engineering he began a sales and service business for marine, commercial, amateur, and CB radio equipment. This led Tiscareno to a partnership with a manufacturer of similar products, and ultimately the establishment of his own company making radio communications equipment. In this venue he developed what is still regarded as the best indoor FM antenna on the market, which became the initial product offering of AudioPrism.

At AudioPrism, Tiscareno has developed and brought to market a steady stream of commercially successful audio accessories as well as a novel and superb line of audio electronics using vacuum tubes with highly regulated solid-state power supplies, in addition to many other innovations. These components formed the basis for the evolution of the Red Rose premium electronics line.  Tiscareno, now Vice President of Vacuum Tube Engineering at Red Rose Music, continues to develop innovative products for the company.

Byron Collett, 51, is a lifelong audiophile who has owned audio retailing and manufacturing businesses for the past 15 years. He first became associated with AudioPrism in 1989 when arranging the licensing to AudioPrism of the very successful CD Stoplight product. In 1994, he and Victor Tiscareno purchased AudioPrism from its previous owner.

After spending several years as an advertising and marketing consultant and technical advisor for national television commercials and print advertising, Collett acquired his business acumen during twenty-four years in the restaurant industry. During his fourteen years with McDonalds Corporation, he served as a senior business consultant overseeing operations in several states. He subsequently developed his own restaurant concept, owning multiple units and franchising others over ten years before selling that business and buying AudioPrism.

At AudioPrism, Mr. Collett directs sales and marketing and administers the business. He continues in this role after the acquisition of AudioPrism by Red Rose.
